Daily Bulletin Friday, January 17, Today is a White Day Remember this goal for life, "I can be productive and follow directions, even if I don't want to." Don't forget there will be no pictures or videos taken of yourself or others on any personal electronic devices while you are at school or on the bus or any school sponsored event without adult permission. Attention students who like to dance: The WHS Dance Team is hosting their annual Dance Team clinic on Friday, January 24. The clinic includes learning a dance that you will perform at halftime and 2 admission tickets to the boys' basketball game. It will also include a pizza dinner and a t-shirt if you have registered & paid by January 20th. Check in begins at 4:00 at Warrensburg High School, and will end after the halftime performance. Registration is online, and the link was emailed to all parents. Spots are limited, so register soon to secure your spot. Hope to see you there! If you need a copy of the link, please check with Nurse Sullivan. The Lady Tigers A team played their most complete game of the season last night in a very competitive road loss at Clinton. The Lady Tigers were lead by Lexi Rambo 12 points, and 2 steals,Stella Houtsma 6 points, 2 steals, 2 rebounds, Karlie Gillespie 5 points and 8 rebounds, Brooklyn Harris 3 points and 4 rebounds, and Lucy Ridenhour chipped in two steals in a great defensive performance. Don't miss your chance to see these ladies play next week when they take on Pleasent Hill Tuesday and Harrisonville Wednesday, both contests at home. The Lady Tiger C team played two quarters against the Clinton C team last night. The Lady Tigers were led in scoring by Allis Snell and Kaitlyn Phillips with two points as well as a very strong defensive effort from 6 foot 2 inch Kenzie Graham. The Lady Tiger B team fell to the Clinton B team last night. The Lady Tigers had a strong push at the end of the game with Chaley Ridenhour scouring four of her six points in the fourth quarter but ultimately came up short. Last night the boys basketball teams hosted the Clinton cardinals in a three game action packed evening. The C game started the night off with a 16-6 victory. Great hustle and good drives to the net helped secure the win. The B team followed play with a tough 34-12 defeat. Shots were tough to fall this evening after playing 3 games in three nights but will be ready to bounce back next week. A team closed out the evening with a 37-23 victory to finish a long week of basketball. The three ball was dropping all night long and great defense by everyone helped defeat a good Clinton team. The teams will travel to PHill on Tuesday.
